We had booked a house rental for 5 nights in Arizona through Booking.com. I was in contact with the owner through text messages. Boarding our flight from MSP. I received a text message from the property owner saying my name was not on his schedule for our vacation. I was freaking out. I had to turn off phone, plane was taking off. Worst 3 hours ever thinking we have no where to stay when we land. I called the owner once we landed. He claims he was not active on Booking.com/but obviously he was. How else could I get his informaion and book. I called Booking.com. They were so helpful!!! They reached out to owner. He did not answer phone nor email. Booking.com relocated us into a nice hotel near area we had booked the house rental. It was a very busy time in Phoenix. Spring training, air show, and final four. So it was difficult to find accomadations for us. But they did. And being that it was a last minute booking hotel. Booking.com covered the extra expense over our original payment for house rental. Took the stress out of worring about budget set for the rest of our trip. I dont know if any other website would have gone way beyond to help out a customer. We will forever be booking through them from now on. Especially, the whole situation was not their fault at all. Th home owner was a scammer.

I can’t even say that there is anything I didn’t like. They have breakfast 7days a week and is actually tasty. Lots of options there, juice coffee etc. The hotel is DOG FRIENDLY!!! The staff is not only kind and friendly but they are friendly to your fur babies too. If I had to find something to complain about it would be that the pool towels are small and thin but that’s me looking for something. The place from outside into the lobby was very clean, smelled like fresh baked cookies and was well lit. The hotel wasn’t drab, it wasn’t dark and unwelcoming. We had actually been in another hotel up the road some and it was awful, when I looked at this BW it fit our needs and I had to have faith it was better than where we were. And yes it was! 1000% better and for our trouble they waived the early check in fee. Your in surprise with this hotel location but your 5mins away from a Walmart, target, Dutch bros, Starbucks, in and out and many restaurant options! Most of our stuff was in Peoria and Scottsdale and Tempe and it was at most a 50 min drive. The area is well lit, safe feeling and it shared a parking lot with a few businesses so it stays fairly lit at night.

The whole place was super clean, which I really appreciated. The free breakfast was a nice bonus, and the staff were so friendly and helpful the entire time. I was traveling alone as a 26-year-old girl traveling alone, and I felt completely safe during my stay, which was really important to me. The location was perfect—close to Target, Ulta, and plenty of food spots. The best part is you don’t even need to get on any major streets to get to them—you can just walk along the row of stores. It was so convenient. I’d definitely stay here again

This hotel was conveniently located to the ballpark in Surprise. There was several restaurants nearby. We enjoyed the hot tub, although it needed to be cleaned from leaves. The room was great and the shower was excellent. The breakfast was very good as well each day and had a wide variety of things to eat. The price was a little high, but I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Plus. Breakfast was good, and the staff was very helpful. We had an accident with our car and Kristi did not hesitate to help us extend our stay. And when the insurance company changed our plans again she helped us make adjustments. I would highly recommend the Best Western Plus in Surprise AZ.
